Biological Cleaning

Urine, faeces, blood and vomit are not only unpleasant but can also present a real health risk. When we clean up after these kinds of incidents the areas affected are treated with a suitable chemical designed to protect again bacterial, microbial, virus and fungicidal dangers.

Blitz Cleans

A blitz clean normally involves a team carrying out a wide range of cleaning services normally within a day.

Carpet Cleaning

We can clean all types of carpets and rugs, plus wet cleanable or leather furniture. We use Prochem chemicals for both standard spray-extraction or the more intense pre-spray and acidic rinse techniques. We can deal with a wide range of stains from fizzy juice to tar.

Contract Stair Cleaning

As our name suggests this is our core business. We can clean a variety of surfaces at a frequency that suits the customer. Extras such as polishing brass or cleaning banisters can be included, if required.

We offer a number of ways to pay, including monthly Standing Order and Invoice.

Deep Cleans

We have much experience in deep cleaning of stairs. We carry a variety of equipment including a Victor Multi-speed floor scrubber, a power generator, motor scrubbers, spray-extraction and wet pick-up machines. We use a variety of chemical systems selected to give the best results.

Flood & Fire Damage

We can clean after a fire and remove damaged items if required. We can remove excess water, treat or clean affected areas, install a dehumidifier and remove damaged items, if required.

Graffiti Removal& Water Jetting

We can remove graffiti from a variety of surfaces including stone, brick, glass and some painted or plastic surfaces. We can also power wash paved areas with the option of treating areas with a growth retarding chemical.

Litter Picking

Car parks and grounds can be litter picked as a one-off or scheduled service. This an include uplifting bulk items that have been dumped if required.

School & Office Cleaning

Our cleaners supplied to schools have Disclosure Scotland. We can supply products such as hand towels, soap and bin bags if required.

Sharps Removal

Discarded hypodermic syringes present a risk to health. We can safely remove them and arrange for their incineration.

Waste Removal

We are SEPA registered and can dispose of the contents of entire houses, offices or shops, or simply one-off items. We can dispose of ‘special waste’ items such as fridges. We provide the customer with the required paperwork that shows a list of items removed as part of the ‘Duty of Care Controlled Waste Transfer Note’.

Window Cleaning

We provide both traditional window cleaning or the reach and wash system to suit the needs of the customer.
